Story Terms
Simple rules for sharing a story with TAN-M.
Free, curated, no guarantee
Submitting is free. TAN-M reads every story but chooses only a few that fit the channel. We may not reply to every submission, and there is no payment either way.
Your story stays yours
You keep ownership of your story. By submitting, you give TAN-M a free, worldwide, non-exclusive and permanent permission to use and adapt it as inspiration for songs, lyrics and visuals, and to publish and promote them. The songs and visuals TAN-M creates belong to TAN-M.
Only share what you may share
Please submit only your own stories, and only include people or pets you have permission to feature. Do not include private details (addresses, phone numbers, health information, full names of people who haven't agreed) or anyone else's lyrics, music or artwork.
What we won't use
We decline stories that are hateful, harmful, illegal, sexual, or that could embarrass or hurt someone. TAN-M may shorten, change or combine details so a song works artistically.
Changing your mind
Write to hello@tanmmusic.com and we will delete an unpublished story. Once a song is published we cannot always undo it, but we will consider every removal request fairly.

All music, lyrics, cover art and visuals on this site are © TAN-M unless stated otherwise. Please don't reuse them without permission.
